Before starting your application, please review the following resources below. Ensuring you understand the commitment ahead of time is an essential first step:

How To Get Started:
1. For new users, click the 'Register' button to create an account with SurveyMonkey Apply.
2. Check your inbox for a verification email to activate your account.
3. Log in and begin your application!
Application Integrity & AI Use
Student-Only Completion: The Student Application must be completed by the student applicant only. Parents, relatives, or friends should not complete any part of the student application (Parents only complete the Parent/Guardian Form). Applicants should not share their log-in or password with anyone else.
AI Use: The use of Artificial Intelligence by an applicant is not permitted under any circumstance in conjunction with the CH application content. Students are not allowed to use AI to help brainstorm, outline, draft, edit or write their short answer or personal essay responses. College Horizons expects students to complete all parts of the application on their own, without assistance from Artificial Intelligence.
